This accessibility statement applies to sms-wimbledon-locksmith.co.uk, operated by SMS Locksmiths Wimbledon as part of the SMS Locksmiths group.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. That means you should be able to:

• Navigate the site using just a keyboard
• Resize text in your browser up to 200% without losing content or function
• Use a screen reader (including the latest versions of NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver) to read the site
• Reach a real person on the phone if any part of the site is not usable for you

How accessible this website is

We have designed the site to follow Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA. We are not yet able to claim full AA conformance because parts of the site have not yet been independently audited. Specifically:

• Computed colour contrast across every component has not yet been verified against the 4.5:1 ratio for body text and 3:1 for large text. Brand colours (cyan accent on dark background) have not been checked under all conditions.
• Keyboard focus order and visible focus indicators have been hand-checked but not exhaustively audited.
• The site has not yet been tested with all major assistive technologies in the wild.

We are working to address these gaps. If you encounter content that you cannot access, please tell us — we will fix it, send you the content in another format, or both.

This website is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard, due to the non-conformances and exemptions listed above.

How we tested this website

We last tested the site on 4 June 2026. The static portion of our audit covered every page of the site (homepage, service pages, area pages). It checked language declaration, document titles, image alternative text, form labels, heading hierarchy, link and button accessible names, tabindex use, and skip-to-content navigation.

A full dynamic audit using axe-core via a headless browser, including computed colour contrast and keyboard navigation flow, is on our roadmap and will be added to this page when complete.
